Matthew's favorite things on Earth are tacos. He will barely eat most anything else most of the time (with the exception of Daddy's special chocolate waffles), but we have to go to Rosa's once a week so that we can make sure that he eats enough to carry him all week. This boy will eat two tacos, chips by the truckload and usually ends up eating a taco off of my plate too. I have no idea where he puts it. As he will tell you, Rosa's makes the best tacos on the planet. God bless Matthew - he gets excited about every little thing.
