Matthew

Ahh the first day of school. Matthew was just so very excited to go the night before school started but this morning was slightly hesitant. He & I had a very extensive question and answer session Monday night about what to expect from his new school. He has such a good heart, but I swear that he is an 80 year-old man trapped in an almost 6-year old body. Lord love him though - he's so adorable.

He had a very good day today. He LOVES Mrs. Jones (his new teacher), and his favorite part of the day was working at his very own desk in his workbook. The even better news is that I didn't cry until AFTER I got to the car and Matt never saw it. I just can't believe that he's such a strong, handsome beautiful boy. What a blessing he is.........when he's listening (just kidding)!
