First grade

School started again yesterday.....we're a big 1st grader now! Luckily Matt was looking forward to school starting because he says his summer was boring (hmm...really?). I think he was just really happy to see Cooper again!

His day included a candy-gram from Mom & Dad that they deliver during class, he got to pick his favorite dinner (chicken tacos), AND he got a very mysterious note in his "mailbox" at school from a secret admirer:

Here's to another productive school year, and giving Mrs. Ferguson gray hair. Hopefully he won't get caught calling Mrs. Privett (their principal) Mrs. "Private" (as in private parts) as the kids all call her behind her back. Lovely, I know.
